Please ensure all teams in the U12 to U17 age categories are sent this information promptly to ensure they have the opportunity to respond to me by the deadline of DECEMBER 1ST.
Please find attached the form for completion to nominate UP TO THREE free dates for League fixtures in 2018.
Teams may like to consider half-term holidays, Norwich v Ipswich, Mothering Sunday and, if fixtures go on that long, dates around the Easter holidays. Note there are no fixtures allowed on Easter Sunday so no need to nominate that.
Free dates only apply to League fixtures – League Cup and Plate fixtures must go ahead on the due date and proposed dates for these are shown on the form together with the Norfolk County FA cup dates.
This form does not apply to Development football (U7 to U11).
Again I stress the deadline is DECEMBER 1ST.
